Send User emails to Home Email Address[Making onboarding easy in Oracle HCM cloud]

Its finally here. Since the time Oracle released recruiting cloud everyone asked/wished that Oracle should send user details to pending workers to their personal email address but that wasn’t possible, which meant that someone manually has to supply the credentials to the candidate to complete onboarding steps.

But from 21B, finally we can automatically send user details/welcome emails to personal emails for pending workers. Same feature allows password reset emails to be sent to personal email of terminated employees too. All you have to do is enabled this profile option

ORA_PER_USER_ACCOUNT_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL

once enabled system will automatically send the user detail email to home email of pending worker.

This was released with 21B. Hope this helps countless customers waiting for the feature since last few years.
