Preview Functionality in DoR document of Record(Oracle HCM Cloud)

Many customers in the past had concerns while using DoR functionality that to view the document an user first needs to download the document to their computer in a temp drive. This potentially makes it vulnerable. Oracle has listened and delivering this in 21B, you can now preview a document like you do in sharepoint
